Expert in Water Quality Measurement and Water Treatment Project Since 2007
DDG-GY inductive Conductivity sensor ,also call as toroidal conductivity sensor or electrodeless conductivity sensor . it’s developed by BOQU Instrument and adopts new technology.the probe of inductive Conductivity sensor is completely isolated (non-contact) from the process being tested (liquid). frequent maintenance and maintenance is not required. Compared with the traditional electrode conductivity measurement process, ion deposition and coverage on the electrode surface are fundamentally avoided, and polarization, oil pollution or pollution problems do not affect the performance of the electrodeless sensor. The service life can be as long as 10 years.
Advantage of DDG-GY inductive Conductivity sensor
1)Inductive Conductivity technique for elimination of fouling and polarization errors.
2)Wide bore sensors for long term stability.
3)Installation flexibility by wide range of holders and by the use of universal bulkhead construction.the max range can be 2000ms/cm
4)Wide rangeability in terms of conductivity (1 μS/cm to 2 S/cm) and temperature (-20 to 180ºC).
5)All applications where severe electrode fouling prevents the use of contacting electrodes.
6)All ranges except the (ultra) pure water applications(pure water use DDG0.01 or DDG0.1 conductivity sensor)
7) All slurry applications where conventional systems suffer from plugging or erosion.
