DO Calibration on MS-301 Mutilaprameters Water Quality Sonde

DO Calibration of MS-301 Mutilaprameters Water Quality Sonde

1)Dissolved oxygen sensor zero point calibration: configure saturated anhydrous sodium sulfite solution as zero oxygen standard buffer

2)Pour the zero oxygen water into the calibration cup and over sensor head.

3)Connect sensor with PC, Red wire for Power + ,Black for Power - ; Blue for RS485-A  and White for RS485-B

4)Open software, choose right port, baud rate ,address ;

Choose "Mode" as "Auto switch"

Click "Confirm", then Click "Open"

5) It will dispaly value if connection success.

6) Click "Calibration", choose "DO" into calibration menu

7) Click "zero calibaration",

Wait for about 20 seconds, wait for value stabe,

Click "save calibration", then ok for zero calibration.

8)Take the sensor out of the measuring cup, 

remove the protective cover, dry probe,

Stand still in the air before Air calibration.

9) Click "Air calibaration",

the DO value is changing on current state

Wait for about 20 seconds, 

The value will stable.

Click "save calibration".

9)Then check the relationship table of DO and temperature value in air
