Detection steps of total phosphorus detector:

1. Standard curve drawing

a. Digestion: Prepare phosphate standard solutions of different concentrations in accordance with relevant requirements, add the corresponding digestion solution, and complete the digestion under the specified digestion conditions.
b. Color development: Add corresponding reagents to develop color.
c. Curve drawing: Measure the absorbance of each standard solution and draw the standard curve of total phosphorus. The special total phosphorus testing equipment has a built-in standard curve when it leaves the factory, so there is no need to make it yourself.

2. Sample testing:
a. Digestion: Take a certain amount of water sample as required, add the corresponding digestion solution, and complete the digestion under the specified digestion conditions.

c. Detection: Use pure water as a reference to measure the absorbance of the sample, and find out the content of total phosphorus on the total phosphorus standard curve. Precautions for testing:

1. All glassware used for testing should be soaked in dilute hydrochloric acid or dilute nitric acid, and washed with pure water before use.
